She sounds like she hates her job...prehas she needs to change professions.
She replies "no we don't do that here. Call me back when you get the $200." And hangs up the phone.
I have never had a receptionist be that nasty to me on the phone before.
She became very rude. "You can't borrow it or something?" And I said I'm not sure but I'll take the appointment and worse case scenario, I'll reschedule. What time is the appt?"
I love these people. Dr. Martin, Judy and Cindy, all very kind and understanding. Ive never felt less than comfortable here.
I called this morning to get info about getting into the doctors office...I was told they would call me back when they had an opening. Some woman from.the office just called me back stating they had an opening next Thursday...and when I stated I'm not sure I'll have the money by then but okay
