The employees are professional, pleasant , courteous and a real person answers their phone quickly. You pay for a service and they deliver it. What more can you ask for?
Their customer service rep is NOT a pleasant person and their website and online billpay services are straight out of 1993.
Very happy with Earthtech . Have used them at my business for at least 10 years now without incident.
They are the worst. God forbid you have more than one can of trash, they won’t pick up any additional bags next to the can (because then they’d have to get out of their truck). They also combine trash and recycling and dump it into the SAME TRUCK sometimes. Why do we pay for trash and recycling services if you’re clearly not recycling!? Is that even legal? It’s certainly not environmentally friendly.
For a service that should be so simple, they are very unreliable. Not impressed.
